Cultural educaiton ist a key factor for cultural and societal inculsion and participation, but also a critical view point towards the challenges and conflicts in the global construct. Helmut Seidenbusch's keynote addresses these questions and, against this backdrop, looks at the role of the education system in Germany and its transformation.

It also increases the entertainment factor in knowledge transfer, emotionalises information, generates inspiration, promotes participation and reduces fear of thresholds.
