Chairman of the Board of the Zollverein Foundation, General Manager of the UNESCO World Heritage Zollverein, graduate geographer and prominent real estate developer, ambassador of the Ruhr region for the Metropolis Ruhr, among other things.

Isabel Pfeiffer-Poensgen
Isabel Pfeiffer-Poensgen is a German politician (non-party), lawyer and administrative officer. Since June 30, 2017 she has been Minister of Culture and Science of North Rhine-Westphalia in the Cabinet Laschet. Previously, she was Secretary General of the Cultural Foundation of the States.

Prof. Dr. Ulrike Guerot
Ulrike Guerot is a German political scientist and journalist. She is a professor of European politics and democracy research at the Danube University Krems, founder of the European Democracy Lab (EDL) in Berlin and deals with the future of the European integration process. In April 2013, together with Robert Menasse, she published a manifesto on the “Establishment of a European Republic”. Both plead for a new foundation of European democracy, a European Republic, and they are committed to the creation of a post-national Europe. Professor Guerot is author of the publication “Why Europe must become a Republic” and initiator of the “European Balcony Project”.
